I would highly recommend Cardiff Personal Training Studio if you want to get serious about fitness, nutrition, and workouts. Joe and John have been fantastic over the last 12 weeks and I couldn’t be happier with the 1:1 programme they put together for me.

They have been supportive, encouraging and great at adapting the workouts according to my needs. They manage to strike the balance well between building strength in a safe, sustainable way while also making it tough enough to feel challenged and to make good progress every week. It’s clear that they care and are invested in your health and fitness goals, which is a real plus.
