Been working with Jon at CPTS for the last 10 weeks and in that time have seen a huge change. Weight is down 9.1kg. I use to be glued to the scales and if I saw an increase I would beat myself up. Jon’s approach has helped me realise it’s not all about the scales but how my body changes and how clothes fit. I also enjoy how Jon will work with you and set a calorie goal based on your activity levels. Jon encourages you not to be strict with food, I am 9.1kg down but haven’t had to give up treats.
